The Washington Study Tour is a curriculum based field trip, similar to the New York Trip, which the senior school organizes every second year. Approximately 80 students and five supervisors will be departing from Holy Trinity School on Wednesday, September 22nd at precisely 6:00 am. Students are therefore required to be at the school no later than 5:30 am. We will be returning to H.T.S. on Saturday, September 25th, at approximately 7:45 pm.

The cost for the trip is $500.00. This includes transportation, accomodation, and entrance to a variety of attractions within Washington. As meals are not included in this amount, students are advised to bring at least $100.00 U.S. to cover this expense.

It would be appreciated if you could take the time to read and sign the attached Field Trip Waiver and Permission Agreement and return it to the front office by Friday, June 11th. Students who return permission forms indicating their intention to participate on the trip will be billed a $100.00 non-refundable deposit in June. Once this amount is paid, the student's spot on the trip will be confirmed. Students who do not return this form, complete with their parent's signature, will not be allowed to participate in this trip.

Please note that the school reserves the right to terminate a student's participation in a trip for any serious breach of conduct (eg. smoking or drinking). If a student is found to be in violation of the school's code of conduct during the Washington trip, the student will be sent home immediately at the expense of his/her family. Thank you.
