Dear Parents,
The New York trip is a curriculum based field trip which the senior school organizes once every two years. Students and six supervisors will be departing from Holy Trinity School on Wednesday, September 20th at precisely 6:30 am. Students are therefore required to be at the school no later than 6:00 am. We will be returning to H.T.S. on Saturday, September 23rd, at approximately 7:45 pm.
The cost for the trip is $620.00. This includes transportation, accomodation, and entrance to a variety of attractions within New York. As meals are not included in this amount, students are advised to bring at least $120.00 U.S. to cover this expense.
It would be appreciated if you could take the time to read and sign the attached Field Trip Waiver and Permission Agreement and return it to the HTS office. Students who do not return this form, complete with their parent's signature, will not be able to participate in this trip.
Please note that the school reserves the right to terminate a student's participation in a trip for any serious breach of conduct, ie. smoking or drinking. If a student is found to be in violation of the school's code of conduct during the New York trip, the student may be sent home immediately at the expense of his/her family. Thank you.
