Here is a list that should give you an idea of what to bring on your trip. Remember that most of what we do takes place outside and the weather can be wet and sometimes cool. Please bring clothing that you don't mind getting dirty!

• 1 packed lunch to eat when you arrive on the first day
• 1 winter jacket
• 1 pair of snow pants
• 2 winter hats (touques)
• 2 pairs of winter gloves or mits
• 3 long sleeved shirts
• 2 T-shirts
• 2 wool or fleece sweaters
• long underwear

• 3 pairs of pants
• 3-4 pairs of socks (wool or acrylic is best)
• 1 pair of shoes for inside
• 1 pair of winter boots
• 1 bathing suit (for the sauna; this activity is optional so ask your teacher if you should bring this item
• 1 towel
• 1 sleeping bag
• 1 pair pajamas
• 1 pillow
• sun screen
• flashlight
• 2 pens (or pencils), a few sheets of paper, and a clipboard (or binder)
• Camera, watch and sunglasses are optional.
