We absolutely must have your full proper name (as it appears on your passport) so that we can order your airline tickets. Please give me this information in person as quickly as possible.

There will be an information seminar, including a slide show, held in room 219 at 1:15 PM on Thursday, September 11th. All those students who are participating in this year's trip are expected to attend.
