Lesson #8:
During this class students will explore the Internet to find stories of successful Canadian entrepreneurs. The class will examine the meaning of entrepreneurship, venture capital, risk, and innovation.
In addition, the class will examine actual case studies of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ventures. Students will learn to recognize the common characteristics found among entrepreneurs.
Finally, students will assess their own predisposition towards entrepreneurship, and will examine their own life experiences in search for potential entrepreneurial innovations.
