Lesson #3 (A):

During this class students will learn to differentiate between:

• needs and wants; as well as
• essentials and luxuries

Evaluation:

To assist students in exploring the issues oultined above, students will interview each other in an effort to assess various needs and wants which are common within their own socio-economic age group. In addition, students will complete a decision-making model outlining the steps of an actual decision they are presently facing with respect to their needs and wants.
